How It All Began
Khirganga was born out of a simple frustration — the inability to find truly pure dairy products in the market. Our founder, raised in a family with deep roots in dairy farming, noticed that the milk reaching urban homes had little in common with what he grew up drinking on the farm. That gap became our mission.
In 2020, we started with a small herd of ethically raised Gir cows at our farm in Manesar, Gurugram. We made our first deliveries to just 20 families in the neighbourhood. The response was overwhelming — people could taste the difference immediately.
Our Philosophy
We believe dairy should be simple, honest, and nutritious. No artificial preservatives, no adulteration, no shortcuts. Every product we make — from our A2 ghee to our fresh paneer — is made with the same care and integrity we'd want for our own families.

Where We Are Today
From 20 families in 2020, Khirganga now delivers to thousands of homes across Delhi NCR and major cities in India. Our product range has grown from fresh milk to include A2 ghee, paneer, butter, curd, and more — all made with the same uncompromising standards.
We are FSSAI licensed, ISO 22000 certified, and proud recipients of multiple food safety awards. But the recognition we value most is the trust of our customers who have made Khirganga a part of their daily lives.
