1. Our Refund Promise

At Khirganga, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, at your preference.

2. Eligibility Criteria

A refund or replacement is applicable if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or broken
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • Items are missing from your order
  • The product has expired or is near its expiry date
  • The complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after the order is placed or delivered
  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Customized or special orders placed on request

4. How to Raise a Refund Request

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Email support@khirganga.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID
  3. Attach clear photos or a short video of the issue
  4. Our team will review your request within 1 business day
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are credited back via the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Wallet / COD: Credited as store credit or bank transfer within 3 days

6. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the replacement order within 1–2 business days of approval, subject to product availability.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
