🚚 Standard Delivery

2–4 business days across India. Free on orders above ₹499.

⚡ Express Delivery

Next-day delivery in select cities. Additional charges apply.

🌡️ Cold-Chain

All dairy products shipped with insulated cold-chain packaging.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability to specific PIN codes is shown at checkout. Remote or rural areas may have extended delivery timelines.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi NCR: Same day or next day delivery
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 1–2 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other locations: 3–5 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier partner delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹499: Free standard delivery
  • Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping charge
  • Express delivery: ₹99 additional charge (available in select cities)
  • Cold-chain handling: Included at no extra cost for all dairy orders

5. Cold-Chain Packaging

All dairy products — including ghee, paneer, and fresh milk products — are packed in insulated boxes with food-grade cold packs to maintain freshness during transit. We recommend storing products immediately upon receipt.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from the Track Your Order page using your order ID.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails on both attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you may request a re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or a full refund.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
